Disclosed in the present invention is a method for selecting an antenna in a wireless communication system, a first device in the wireless communication system having at least two wireless transceiving links, and each wireless transceiving link having an antenna. The antenna selection method comprises: obtaining a first reception quality value of each antenna and/or at least one antenna combination for a signal transmitted by a second device; on the basis of a maximum permissible transmission power and the first reception quality value of said each antenna and/or the antenna combination, estimating a second reception quality value of the second device for a signal transmitted by said each antenna and/or the antenna combination; and on the basis of the second reception quality value, determining an antenna or antenna combination as a transmitting antenna to be used when transmitting a signal to the second device. The present invention also provides a wireless communication device.
