[Class 132 (ii).] A detachable cover for a golf-club head comprises two wire frames a, b attached to each other by a spring-controlled hinge c, each frame having attached thereto a cover made of leather, cloth, rubber, or other material of such a formation that when the two frames are closed together by the action of the spring the covers enclose a space corresponding to the shape of the club head, and the covers being separable for the insertion or removal of a club head by pressure of the thumb and finger on two finger-pieces g projecting from the frames.</p> |
