<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for an acrylic block and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method for an acrylic block which comprises: a support manufacturing step of manufacturing a support by installing support bearings in which a ball is exposed to an upper part in order to be separated at a constant distance on an upper side of a frame formed by connecting multiple angled pipes; a molding frame manufacturing step of manufacturing a molding frame in which a constant accommodation space is formed on the upper part of the ball of the support; a degassing step of removing oxygen dissolved in an acrylic stock solution; an inert gas substituting step of injecting inert gas into the accommodation space of the molding frame; an acrylic stock solution injecting step of injecting the acrylic stock solution in which gas is removed into the accommodation space of the molding frame in which inert gas is injected; a polymerizing step of polymerizing the molding frame with the injected acrylic stock solution arranged on the upper part of the support by a forced water circulation method by inserting the molding frame and the support into an oven; and a molding frame disjointing step of separating the molding frame from an acrylic block formed by being cooled after hardening by polymerization. The manufacturing method for an acrylic block is able to produce a high quality thick acrylic block since the heat transmission of the acrylic stock solution is easily performed during polymerization.</p> |
