摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy material excellent in machinability by controlling a size of a compound generated before formation (coagulation) of a solid matrix, and a copper alloy component obtained by machining the copper alloy material. SOLUTION: The copper alloy material contains Ni, Si, Ti and C, and the balance copper with inevitable impurities, and satisfies the following conditions. A: a specific relational expression is satisfied; B: casting is carried out at a temperature equal to or higher than a melting point of a compound in the copper alloy material, and staying time t in a mold when being poured into the mold satisfies a specific relational expression; C: crystallized substances and/or precipitated substances having an average particle size of 1 micron or more are present as many as≥1500 pieces/mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>; D: the tensile strength after being molded into a prescribed shape suitable to machining is 500 MPa or more; and E: the electric conductivity is 25% IACS or more.
