PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transfer an input load to a floor, in a vehicle where the floor is configured by a fiber-reinforced resin material. SOLUTION: A vehicle body structure 10 includes: the floor 22 that is configured by the fiber-reinforced resin material, on which a pair of inclined walls 57 obliquely-inclined to the vehicle-body longitudinal direction and the vehicle width direction in a plane view are formed on a standing wall 56 in the rear of a vehicle body so as to face inside in the vehicle width direction each other, and on which a fiber T in the standing wall 56A between the pair of inclined walls 57 is oriented in a direction along the vehicle width direction; and a rear suspension member 70 that is disposed in the rear of the vehicle body of the floor 22 and includes a pair of inclined walls 77 arranged opposite to the pair of inclined walls 57, respectively.
