<p>The present invention provides a plate assembly which can be detachably coupled to a target object and a latch open plate assembly thereof. The plate assembly includes: a first plate; a second plate which is elastically supported by the first plate and includes a removal unit which has the area corresponding to the upper part of the first plate removed; a horizontal restriction member which is installed on a spot on the first plate corresponding to the removal unit and includes fixed protrusions pointing downward from the first plate and a handle which is connected to the fixed protrusions and is arranged to be lifted up to the level of the second plate through the removal unit; and a vertical restriction device which is spaced apart from the floor surface of the first plate and includes a retaining piece with a width-variable slot.</p> |
