PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station device capable of reducing power consumption without providing a database for managing installation situations of a control station and base stations, and to provide a method of controlling the same.SOLUTION: A traffic information notification unit 18 notifies information representing traffic of a base station device itself. A traffic information acquisition unit 12 receives information which is notified from another base station device and represents traffic of the other base station. On the basis of the information which is notified from the other base station device and represents the traffic of the other base station device, a controller 22 stops partial functions of the base station device itself. |
