Provided is a damper device which is interposed between attachment base parts (2, 3) and a rotating member (1), in order to have a moderating effect which stabilizes a rotation operation of the rotating member, and with a small number of components. The damper device comprises: a braking member (7) made from an elastomer; and a surface to be braked upon (5b) which acts against the braking member. The braking member further comprises protrusions (71) which protrude with an inclination in the opposite direction to the motion, dependent on the rotation in the return direction of the rotating member, with which the surface to be braked upon acts against the braking member, and leading end parts (71a) of the protrusions make elastically sliding contact with the surface to be braked upon. |
