The present invention relates to a train route control system using an electronic inter-station block technique for near-surface urban railways and a method of the same and, more specifically, to a train route control system using an electronic inter-station block technique for near-surface urban railways and a method of the same, wherein the train route control system can be applied to an operation section in which one or less train is simultaneously operated between each station, for example the urban railway line of Daegu, Daejeon, Gwangju, and so on, or the light rail transit line of Busan line 4, Uijeongbu, Yongin, Gimpo, and so on; and enables a train control system to be constructed at low cost through the electronic inter-station block technique and the train route control method. According to the present invention, the train route control system comprises: ground access point (AP) antennas to communicate with a train wireless device in a train; a sensor to notify the speed limit of a steep-curve/steep-slope section to the train; axle counters to verify the departure of the train from a station; photoelectric converters linked with the axel counters and performing an electronic inter-station block using a transceiver in order to start a train in the previous station, and connected to a railroad switch on the ground along with a wired/wireless transmission/reception module through an optical cable in order for train route control; and a device-concentrated-station control room server connected to the photoelectric converters, and comprising an integrated ATO system and an integrated interlocking system to integrate ATO systems and interlocking systems respectively using unique IP information, and an operation management system to manage the operation of the train. |
