The present invention relates to a composition for removing color ink and, more specifically, to a composition for removing color ink, which does not damage an intaglio in which a fine pattern is formed, dissolves solidified ink remaining in the intaglio after printing, and removes the same at a rapid rate without limitation of types of ink by comprising 0.01 to 10 wt% of an organic amine compound represented by chemical formula 1, 10 to 30 wt% of alkyl pyrrolidone represented by chemical formula 2, and 60 to 85 wt% of an organic solvent including propylene glycol monoalkyl ether acetate. |
