The present invention relates to a hydraulic tank having a working oil floating unit to easily repair hydraulic components without discharging working oil from the hydraulic tank in the case of repairing the hydraulic components. According to the present invention for the above effect, a hydraulic tank used for construction machinery and having a working oil floating unit including: a pump installed at one side of the hydraulic tank; an air tank installed on the inner upper side of the hydraulic tank, and collecting high-pressure air supplied by the pump; a discharge pipe discharging the air through a branch pipe connected to the air tank, and vertically installed on the inner upper side of the hydraulic tank so that working oil in the hydraulic tank can be floated by the pressure of the air flowing through the branch pipe; and an air breather installed on the top of the discharge pipe exposed to the outside of the hydraulic tank. Therefore, according to the present invention, the hydraulic tank used for construction machinery and having the working oil floating unit is capable of easily repairing hydraulic components without discharging the working oil from the hydraulic tank in the case of repairing the hydraulic components. |
