METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN OPERATING DEVICE IN A VEHICLE AND OPERATING DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE

The present invention relates to a method for producing an operating device (6) in a vehicle (11), wherein graphic data are generated by a control device (3), which actuate a display area (2) such that, in an operating state, control buttons (13b) are displayed that are assigned to an operating step which can be executed by means of the input device (4), and that, in a display state, display elements (13a) that are assigned to the control buttons (13b) are displayed, which are not assigned to an operating step which can be executed by means of the input device (4), and that, in the display and operating state, additional information is displayed separately from the display elements (13a) and the control buttons (13b). Additionally, an approach of an object to the input device (4) is detected and, when an actuation object (12) approaches the input device (4), the control device (3) switches from the display state into the operating state. The method as per the invention is characterised in that, when there is a change from the display state into the operating state, the display mode of the display elements (13a) switches to a display mode of the control buttons (13b), whereas the display of the additional information remains unchanged. The invention further relates to an operating device (6) for executing this method and a vehicle (37) comprising an operating device (6) of this kind.
