According to an embodiment of the present invention, a device for preventing damage of a maxillary sinus membrane of a subject includes a first fixed part including a first holder extending in a length direction thereof and a first handle extending from the first holder so as to be grasped by a user; a second fixed part connected to the first fixed part and including a second holder extending in a length direction thereof and a second handle extending from the second holder so as to be grasped by the user; a third fixed part connected to the second fixed part and including a third holder extending in a length direction thereof; and a breaking part connected to the first fixed part and including a breaking end disposed on an end thereof to extend in a length direction thereof. The user can move the breaking end by using a pressure applied to the breaking part to apply a force to an alveolar bone of the subject, thereby lifting the maxillary sinus membrane while breaking the alveolar bone of the subject or lifting the maxillary sinus membrane within the broken alveolar bone of the subject.
