<p>Disclosed is an input stage for a temperature measurement. According to some embodiments of the present invention, the input stage for a temperature measurement may include: a resistor, a thermistor, a first multiplexer, an amplifier, a second multiplexer, and an output stage. The first multiplexer may be configured to couple the resistor with a first amplifier input in a first multiplexer state, and couple the thermistor with the first amplifier input in a second multiplexer state. The amplifier may include the first amplifier input, a second amplifier input coupled with a voltage reference, and an amplifier output coupled with a feedback path. The second multiplexer may be configured to route a feedback current to the resistor in the first multiplexer state, and route the feedback current to the thermistor in the second multiplexer state. The output stage may be configured to provide an output current based on the feedback current.</p> |
