<p>The present invention relates to an air lift apparatus for a shot blast device. The air lift apparatus facilitates and stabilizes a processing target transport operation and lifts a processing target to send the processing target in and out of a chamber of the shot blast device so that the heavy processing target can be efficiently sent in and out of the chamber of the shot blast device. The present invention includes a supporting arm that extends in one direction toward the front of the shot blast device chamber; an air lifting unit that has a main body frame positioned at a lower end on one side of the supporting arm and positioned to correspond to the front of the shot blast device chamber, lifting means disposed to be coupled with the front of the main body frame, supporting the processing target in contact, and provided to be vertically movable, and driving means disposed on the main body frame, having one end being coupled with and connected to the lifting means through a wire, and horizontally reciprocating to transmit power for vertical reciprocation of the lifting means; and a pivot locking unit that has first pivot means disposed at both ends of the supporting arm, disposed to be connected to one tip of the supporting arm, supporting the supporting arm for forward or reverse pivoting, and clamping the supporting arm to maintain a lock state, and second pivot means disposed to connect the supporting arm to the air lifting unit, connecting the air lifting unit for forward or reverse pivoting, and applying a braking force during the pivoting of the air lifting unit.</p> |
