A method for manufacturing a solar cell according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: forming an impurity region which includes a first part and a second part with different impurity concentrations by injecting an impurity ion into a semiconductor substrate; and forming an electrode which is connected to the impurity region. In the step of forming the impurity region, the first part and the second part are formed together at the same process.
