<p>The present invention relates to a display device using an organic electroluminescent device as a light emitting element. The display device includes a plurality of pixel circuits (Px(i,j)) of n rows and m columns, wherein, m and n are natural numbers. A unit of the pixel circuits is a pair of pixel circuits which are composed of an odd row pixel circuit (Pxodd(i,j)) and an even row pixel circuit (Pxeven(i,j)) which are adjacent to each other in a row direction. The pixel circuits share a gate line (Lgi) which applies a row selection signal to each pixel circuit. A switching transistor of the odd row pixel circuit is formed with a p channel type FET. A switching transistor of the even row pixel circuit is formed with an n channel type FET.</p> |
