An objective of the present invention is to improve a responsiveness of a feedback control without changing a control parameter when a control amount is intentionally varied. A controlling device includes: a set point obtaining unit (5) to obtain a set point (SP) from a feedback controlling system for calculating, and outputting to an actuator, a manipulated variable (MV) based on the set point (SP) and a process variable (PV), and an actuator controlling unit (6) to change a gain of an actuator (8) so that a change in a control amount (PV) occurring according to the change in the gain of the actuator (8) tracks a change in the set point (SP). |
