Disclosed are a decorative patch by laser cutting and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the decorative patch can exhibit an excellent decorative effect with a thin and luxury texture on both surfaces by performing laser cutting in the state of folding one sheet of patch cloth or laminating at least two sheets. The decorative patch by laser cutting according to the present invention comprises a decorative patch cloth cut to have a specific shape by laser cutting in the state of folding one sheet of patch cloth having different textures on the front and back surfaces to show the front surface only, or laminating at least two sheets to show the front surface only; and an adhesive sealing layer arranged at the edge part of the decorative patch cloth and bonded by the heat of laser cutting. |
