The present invention relates to a method of transceiving by an overlapped encoding in a multi-user and multi-antenna environment, the method including: obtaining channel quality information from at least one terminal; allocating two terminals having a large channel quality information value difference to a same wireless resource based on the obtained channel quality information; allocating a high power to a first terminal, in which channel quality information is low, among two allocated terminals and allocating a low power to a second terminal, in which the channel quality information is high; channel encoding and modulating data of the first terminal and the second terminal by a signal channeling scheme and a modulation scheme selected according to the transmitted power and the channel quality information of the first and second terminals to generate a modulation symbol; grouping the generated output into two groups and generating a multi-antenna overlapping encoding signal according to the power allocated in the step of allocating power; and transmitting the generated multi-antenna overlapping encoding signal.
