The present invention aims to provide: a compound for an organic electroluminescent element which has excellent thin film forming properties, excellent stability, and excellent electron injection capability, has excellent electron mobility, and thus has high efficiency, a long life span, and high color purity; an organic electroluminescent element using the same; and an electric device using the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides the compound represented by Chemical Formula below in which one or more from X1-X8 is N and the rest is CR′.
