摘要 The present invention relates to a propeller cap and, more particularly, to a non-rotational propeller cap for minimizing hub vortex cavitation. The present invention addresses the problems with propeller boss cap fins of the related art, that is, precision processing being necessary, manufacturing being difficult, and manufacturing costs being high. According to the present invention, a plate is attached to an end of a propeller cap and a resistor is attached for preventing rotation based on water resistance is attached to a surface of the plate, and thus the configuration is simpler, the manufacturing costs can be lower, and the manufacturing can be easier than the related art. Because the end of the propeller does not rotate, hub vortex cavitation generated in the back of the propeller can be minimized. The hub vortex cavitation generated in the back of the propeller that is used as a propeller for a ship is minimzed for ship noise and vibration reduction, rudder erosion and corrosion prevention, propulsion efficiency improvement, and fuel consumption reduction.
