The present invention relates to a crop management tag and a system and a method for managing the same and, more specifically, to a crop management tag comprising: a main frame where a fixing member is installed; a wireless tag unit positioned inside the main frame; a quick response (QR) code unit positioned on the wireless tag unit; a transparent cover unit which covers the main frame where the wireless tag unit and the QR code unit are embedded; and a rubber packing positioned under the main frame, and a system and a method for managing the crop management tag.
