A snack straw cup preventing spilling according to the present invention includes: a drink cup 10 which has an opening at the top; a snack cup 20 which has a bottom portion to be joined with the opening of the drink cup 10 so as to seal the opening of the drink cup 10, and has an opening at the top; and a lid 30 which is joined with the opening of the snack cup 20 so as to seal the opening of the snack cup 20 and has an straw insertion hole 39 through which a straw 40 is put. A straw passage pipe 25 is formed in the snack cup 20 so as to protrude upward from the bottom of the snack cup 20 and be connected, and is connected to the straw insertion hole 39 such that the straw 40 having passed through the straw insertion hole 39 is put into the drink cup 10 through the straw passage pipe.
