DONOR SUBSTRATE AND METHOD FOR FORMING TRANSFER PATTERN USING THE SAME

A donor substrate includes a buffer layer which is arranged on a photo-thermal conversion layer. The buffer layer includes a cross-linked polymer, a spacer polymer which is combined with the cross-linked polymer, and a perfluoro alkyl alcohol group which is combined with the spacer polymer. A new partial surface is generated on the physical damage part of the buffer layer. The perfluoro alkyl alcohol group included on the partial surface is activated by the spacer polymer. Thereby, the hydrophobic property of the damaged part is maintained.
