The present invention relates to an ORF2 recombinant gene, a transfer vector including the ORF2 recombinant genes, a recombinant baculovirus transduced by the transfer vector, a porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) recombinant capsid protein expressed by the recombinant baculovirus, and a method for producing the recombinant capsid protein, wherein a capsid protein of a PCV2 external isolate is coded, and an ORF2 gene consisting of sequence number 1 is codon-optimized.
