The present invention discloses an accessory chain and manufacturing method thereof, the accessory chain comprising a chain body (10) in which a plurality of links (11) are connected with each other, and an ornamental member (20) disposed to the chain body (10). The ornamental member (20) is manufactured by a method comprising: a first process (S1) for preparing a plurality of metal wire strands (21); a second process (S2) for melting one side portion (21a) of the prepared metal wire strand (21) through heating by a torch lamp (101) to form a first shape part (22) having a sphere shape; a third process (S3) for inserting the other side portion (21b) of the metal wire strand (21) which has the first shape part (22) at one side (21a) thereof into holes (12) of the links (11) of the chain body (10) which comprises a plurality of connected links (11); and a fourth process (S4) melting the other side portion (21b) of the metal wire strand (21), which is inserted into holes (12) of links (11) of the chain body (10) in the third process (S3), through heating by a torch lamp (101) to form a second shape part (23) having a sphere shape, wherein the first shape part (22) of the second process (S2) and the second shape part (22) of the fourth process (S4) are formed to have a size which does not escape from the holes (12) of the links (11) of the chain body (10). |
