The present invention relates to a livestock excreta treating apparatus having a high-speed organic material oxidizing bath and, particularly, to an apparatus for treating high concentration livestock excreta which comprises: a precipitation bath for precipitating a fine solid floating matter when livestock excreta is transferred through a movable collection vehicle, a relatively large-sized foreign material is removed from livestock excreta, and then the resultant livestock excreta is introduced through an injection tube disposed in an inlet hole, and continuously supplying supernatant water, in which solid and a liquid are separated, to an organic material oxidizing bath through a discharge pipe line; an organic material oxidizing bath fermenting and oxidizing, by using various organic materials, the livestock excreta that is separated into the solid and the liquid and then introduced as the supernatant water, and continuously supplying the fermented and oxidized livestock excreta to a liquefied fertilizer bath through the discharge pipe line; a liquefied fertilizer bath for converting, into liquefied fertilizer, the livestock excreta that is fermented and oxidized through the organic material oxidizing bath, and then introduced. An air supply device and an oxygen supply device are disposed outside of the organic material oxidizing bath, and an aerator controlled by a controller is disposed on a bottom of the organic material oxidizing bath to uniformly spray air and oxygen supplied from the air supply device and the oxygen supply device through air and oxygen supply tubes, onto the livestock excreta in the form of droplets. Therefore, the livestock excreta can be stably oxidized and fermented by using oxygen to perform an optimal liquefied fertilization. |
