A motor includes: stator cores; a stator having a coil coiled around the stator cores; a rotor arranged inside the stator and electromagnetically rotates the stator; and a motor axis combined to the rotor to be rotated with the rotor. The rotor includes: a plurality of rotor cores arranged to be separated along a circumference direction of the rotor; a plurality of rotor slots formed among a plurality of the rotor slots; a plurality of permanent magnets inserted into a plurality of the rotor slots; and a plurality of cover members to block the rotor slot by connecting the rotor cores respectively adjacent to each other.
