<p>The present invention relates to a head and neck massage device having a magnet, and more particularly, to a head and neck massage device having a magnet in which the massage device is divided into a concave part and a convex part, the concave part and the convex part are successively provided, and a permanent magne is disposed on the convex part, wherein the magnets are provided so that same poles of the magnets face each other to cause a cushion action due to repulsive force to help a user have a good sleep. The head and neck massage device includes: a support panel (10) having a three-dimensional rectangular parallelpiped shape and formed of a cushioning filling material; convex top surfaces (20) each of which is disposed on an upper portion of the support panel and formed of the same material as that of the support panel to support the head by forming a protruding surface; a concave top surface (30) disposed between the covex top surfaces and formed of the same material as that of the support panel, the concave top surface (30) defining a space part through which air is ventilated to maintain the user′s head to cool; and a magnet (40) disposed on an upper end of the convex top surface or the support panel to apply a magnetic force to the head and shoulder of the user, wherein the magnet (40) is provided in two so that two magnets face each other in a state where the same poles face each other, and a lower magnet is fixed, and an upper magnet is slidably disposed.
