Disclosed are a light extraction structure with a light extraction pattern capable of improving light extraction efficiency and facilitating a manufacture process, a manufacturing method thereof, and an organic light emitting device including the same. The disclosed light extraction structure includes a transparent substrate, a transparent electrode which is formed on the transparent substrate, and a plurality of transparent light extraction patterns which are arranged on the transparent electrode. Wherein, the light extraction pattern is transferred on the transparent electrode with a micro contact printing method using a self assembly monolayer (SAM) material.
