Disclosed are a substance detection module and a substance detection device provided with the same. The substance detection module according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a chamber and an electrode sensor. The chamber includes an inflow path that is formed on one side so that a sample containing a target substance can flow thereinto, a discharge path that is formed on the other side so that the sample containing the target substance can be discharged, and an electrode sensor receiving groove that is formed between the inflow path and the discharge path and communicates with each of the inflow path and the discharge path. The electrode sensor includes a base substrate that is received into the electrode sensor receiving groove, a reference electrode that is formed on one surface of the base substrate and is provided for the target substance to pass in a case where the sample flows in through the inflow path, and an active electrode that is formed apart from the reference electrode on one surface of the base substrate and is provided to acquire the target substance in a case where the sample flows in through the inflow path.
