The present invention relates to an adapter lens for a stereoscopic microscope and, more specifically, to an adapter lens for a stereoscopic microscope, which controls the imaging position of an image sensor by changing an optical path; prevents a resolution decline even if the optical path is changed; and is suitable for an optical path change since an image distance is longer than a focal distance.
