PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device of excellent color balance with no color.SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device is provided with: a semiconductor layer having one principal surface as a light-receiving surface, in which a plurality of pixels are set along the light-receiving surface; a photoelectric conversion part provided in the semiconductor layer for each pixel; an insulating layer in a groove pattern formed on the light-receiving surface side of the semiconductor layer; and a trench type element isolation provided at a position deviated from the pixel boundary between the pixels.
