The present invention relates to a stacked and biaxial elongated polyester film for optical use, and more specifically, to a stacked and biaxial elongated polyester film for optical use, which reduces rainbow phenomenon after processing a hard coat, and improves adhesion, especially discoloration resistant adhesion. To this end, according to the present invention, the stacked and biaxial elongated polyester film for optical purpose comprises a base film and a deposition film coated with a composition including a polyurethane resin derived from polyester polyol containing an aromatic carboxylic acid component on at least one surface of the base film.
