<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for detecting a voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) fraud, which comprises a flow control switch collecting packets transmitted in a packet network, filtering a packet associated with a VoIP, and controlling a packet on the basis of a flow, a detection and control unit analyzing the filtered packet to detect an unauthorized pattern with respect to a flow and a session associated with the packet, and generating a switch control signal, a distributed database storing the detected unauthorized pattern, and a control unit requesting the distributed database to search for an unauthorized pattern list when the unauthorized pattern is received, receiving the search result, and transmitting a control policy to the detection and control unit. Thus, an unauthorized call can be detected by collecting a packet transmitted in a VoIP network.</p> |
