PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for vehicles which suppresses stress concentration by fixing positions of fastening members having an angle on the fastening surface, e.g. nuts, relative to the plate body and a back door and a vehicle provided with the panel.SOLUTION: A panel for vehicles includes a panel 14 consisting of a plate material provided with holes, nuts 18 which are arranged in the panel 14 so that the screw holes match the holes of the plate material, have at least one corner in the contour of the surface in contact with the panel 14 and fix a weight 30 for a dynamic damper, and position restriction parts 22 and 24 provided on the surface where the nuts 18 are arranged around holes of the panel 14, in such a way as to protrude from the surface and restrict the positions of the corners, in the rotation direction, of the nuts with the central axis of the screw hole as the center. Preferably, the nuts 18 are welded with the panel 14, and the contour of the welded surface on which the nuts 18 are welded with the plate material is square. |
