PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently separate fine grinding sludge which does not settle rapidly.SOLUTION: A separation device includes a non-magnetic plate 5 arranged on a bottom part of a separation tank 4, and a magnetic conveyer 6 arranged on its rear surface. The non-magnetic plate 5 includes an inclined part 5B inclining with a rising slope and a dropping part 5C connected to an attraction part 5A which attracts grinding sludge S to an upper surface. The grinding sludge S attracted to a surface of the non-magnetic plate 5 passes from the attraction part 5A to the inclined part 5B, and is transferred to the dropping part 5C and is discharged by the magnetic conveyer 6. A separation tank 4 connects an intermediate tank 4B between a supply tank 4A connected to a supply part 7 of the grinding fluid L, and a discharge tank 4C connecting a discharge part 8 of the grinding fluid L. The intermediate tank 4B connects an inflow side of the grinding fluid L to an outflow side of the supply tank 4A, and connects an outflow side on an opposite side to an inflow side of the discharge tank 4C. The grinding fluid L containing the grinding sludge S is supplied through the supply tank 4A to the intermediate tank 4B, and the grinding fluid L, which separates the grinding sludge S in the intermediate tank 4B, is discharged to an external through the discharge tank 4C. |
