<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output ranking information required for reporting a ranking until connecting to an operator when a telephone call is incoming to an IVR or CTI or automatic reply telephone system and a caller of the telephone call performs an operation that requests a speech with the operator.SOLUTION: In accordance with a method in the Fig 1, a diode is connected to a decoder of a dial reception circuit in the IVR, CTI or automatic reply telephone system, a counter is connected to the diode, and the number of pulses from the decoder is counted by the counter, thereby detecting a ranking until connecting to an operator.</p> |
