摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously variable transmission capable of reducing tooth-striking noise between external teeth of a pinion shaft and internal teeth of a rotary section.SOLUTION: A pinion shaft 7 of a continuously variable transmission 1 includes: an annular gear member 71 of which an external tooth 7a is formed on the outer peripheral surface; a shaft member 72 inserted through the gear member 71; and a roller 73 that is arranged between the gear member 71 and the shaft member 72 and rolls by interlocking with a rotation of the gear member 71. A first cam surface 74 and a second cam surface 75 are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft member 72, the first cam surface engages with the roller 73 when the gear member 71 relatively rotates around the rotation center axis P1 of the shaft member 72 at a predetermined angle to the shaft member 72 toward one side, and the second cam surface engages with the roller 73 when the gear member relatively rotates toward the other side. When either of the cam surfaces 74 and 75 engages with the roller 73, the gear member 71, shaft member 72, and the roller 73 integrally rotate.</p>
