<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing apparatus which provides information on a parking lot suitable for a schedule of a user.SOLUTION: An information providing apparatus includes: route information acquisition means 310 which acquires route information; schedule information acquisition means 310 which acquires schedule information of a user; first moving time estimation means 310 which estimates moving time to a first scheduled place, as next destination, on the basis of the route information, as a first moving time; first spare time calculation means 310 which calculates a difference between a first-scheduled-place estimated arrival time estimated based on the first moving time and an estimated start time at the first scheduled place obtained from the user schedule information, as a first spare time to be used for the user to move from a parking lot near the first scheduled place to the first scheduled place; parking lot search means 310 which searches for a parking lot located in a search range in which the user can move from the first scheduled place within the first spare time; and providing means 310 which provides the user with information on the searched parking lot.</p> |
