<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cut groove from becoming deep, even when the cut groove is formed in a long shape.SOLUTION: A road cutter 100 for forming cut grooves (rumble strips) on a road surface 200 comprises a first vehicle 120, a second wheel 130 having a recess and a protrusion alternately provided on an outer peripheral surface, and a cutting device 140, in a longitudinal direction of an automotive vehicle 110. The road cutter 100 forms the discontinuous cut grooves with a flat bottom surface on the road surface 200 by swinging the cutting device 140 upward and downward centering on the first wheel 120 in such a manner as to interlock with the rotation of the second wheel 130.</p> |
