PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an X-ray high voltage device compact.SOLUTION: An X-ray high voltage device supplies a high voltage to a multifocal X-ray tube including an anode, a plurality of filaments and grids, and includes a plurality of inverters, a plurality of transformers, a plurality of rectifiers, and a changeover circuit. The plurality of inverters are provided for the plurality of filaments, respectively. The plurality of transformers are connected with the plurality of inverters, respectively, and transform the outputs from the inverters, and supply the transformed outputs to the filaments corresponding to the inverters of connection destination. The plurality of rectifiers generate the outputs for grid bias by rectifying the outputs transformed by at least two of the plurality of transformers. The changeover circuit selectively changes over the output to be supplied to the grid, among the outputs rectified by the plurality of rectifiers. |
