<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact switching circuit module for impedance matching of simple configuration, which can deal with the configuration specification of various bands, and allows for impedance matching of each band even if the available frequency band is wide band as a whole.SOLUTION: A switching circuit module 10 for impedance matching includes a first switching element 101 connected with first and second high frequency I/O terminals P, P, a second switching element 102 connected between a first high frequency I/O terminal Pand a first matching terminal P, and a third switching element 103 connected between a second high frequency I/O terminal Pand a second matching terminal P. The first, second and third switching elements 101, 102, 103 are on/off controlled, by connecting the first and second high frequency I/O terminals P, P, and the first and second matching terminals P, Pwith matching elements having element values set appropriately.</p> |
