<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter tool having excellent durability.SOLUTION: In the cutter tool is formed a surface structure, in which recessed portions lined up in a net-like shape and a protruding portion surrounded by the recessed portions are formed on both rake face and flank of the cutter tool, which does not have a solid phase interface between the surface structure and the inside of the cutter tool (1), and has physical properties easy to initiate elastic deformation or plastic deformation compared to the physical properties of the inside of the cutter tool (2), where the protruding portion has a shape that is elastically deformed or plastically deformed when rubbed with a material processed by the cutter tool (3).</p> |
