<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting coolant leakage capable of detecting leakage of coolant from a vehicular battery even if the leakage amount of coolant is small.SOLUTION: A device 70 for detecting coolant leakage includes: a liquid passage part 21a which passes coolant to cool a vehicular battery 10 through into a housing 14 of the vehicular battery 10; a pH sensor 15 provided in the housing 14; and a liquid leakage detection part 50 which detects leakage of coolant from the liquid passage part 21a using a predetermined threshold and based on pH detected by the pH sensor 15.</p> |
