<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain hanging-down of the ceiling of a column-omitted part in a unit type building of using a column-omitted type building unit.SOLUTION: In a building T, a building unit 10 having a temporary column is arranged in a plurality so that the mutual temporary columns are adjacent, and a continuous wide space is formed by forming a column-omitted part K by removing the temporary columns, and a reinforcement beam 40 is also arranged so as to cross the column-omitted part K in a predetermined direction in a plan view along a ceiling girder 16. The reinforcement beam 40 becomes a fixing part for respectively fixing both end part side positions in a longitudinal direction and a column-omitted part side position being its central part to the ceiling girder 16, and is fixed by first fixing means in an end part side fixing part, and is fixed by second fixing means in a column-omitted part K side fixing part. The second fixing means is provided with a position adjusting mechanism capable of adjusting a position in a vertical direction of a column-omitted part K side end part in the ceiling girder 16 extending along the reinforcement beam 40.</p> |
