PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably control a temperature of working fluid by a heat exchanger for exchanging heat between cooling water of an engine and working fluid of a transmission.SOLUTION: A fluid temperature control device 10 includes a circulation flow passage 101 for circulating cooling water of an engine 12 in one direction between the engine 12 and a radiator 104, and from the circulation flow passage 101, a first flow passage 111 is branched on the downstream side of the engine 12 and the upstream side of the radiator 104, and a second flow passage 112 is branched on the downstream side of the radiator 104 and the upstream side of the engine 12. A third flow passage 113 communicated with a cooling water outlet 110o of a heat exchanger 110 merges with the circulation flow passage 101 on the downstream side of the radiator 104 and the upstream side of the engine 12. One of the first and the second flow passages 111 and 112 is selectively communicated with a cooling water inlet 110i of the heat exchanger 110 by a selector valve 120. |
