PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a single thermal fuse to respond to abnormal temperature of plural heat generation sources, in a home bakery which heats a bread case by electromagnetic induction heating means.SOLUTION: A home bakery comprises: an outer case; a first protective frame 21 supported in the outer case; first heating means comprised of an electromagnetic induction coil provided at an outer periphery of the first protective frame 21; a bread case housed within the first protective frame 21 and caused to be heated by the first heating means; and a second protective frame provided with second heating means which is disposed at an upper part of the first protective frame 21 and heats a part above an opening of the bread case. In the home bakery, a thermal fuse F for temperature monitoring is provided at an outer periphery of an opening of the first protective frame 21, where heat from the first and second heating means and the bread case is intensively acting, so that the single thermal fuse F can respond to the plural heat generation sources. |
