PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rivet joint structure which suppresses the softening of a second member, and stabilizing weld strength.SOLUTION: In a rivet joint structure 1, while a rivet 30 formed by the same kind of metal as a first member 10 penetrates a second member 20 made by a different material from the first member to make the rivet and the first member abut on each other, the first member and the rivet are welded, thereby joining the first member and the second member. The rivet has a structure welded so as to form a melting portion or a friction agitation joint portion along an axis of a rivet shaft portion 36 from a rivet head portion 31 direction exposed from the second member or the first member side. |
